We do not ship to Russia or third party companies drop shipping to Russia. Unfortunately there’s been a lot of Russian sites selling illegal copies of our work. We own the copyright for most items on this site and we havent given permission to anyone to reprint our work.

Please note certain locations take longer to ship to. These include Australia, parts of Asia, Canada, Spain, Mexico and Brazil

Things also take longer to arrive during the holidays especially at Christmas. There is a cut off line for packages being sent and holiday delivery. Please check with your local post office for these dates.

RETURN COST

Now the icky stuff.. Unfortunately we need to go through it all so you are clear about our terms.

Return cost varies depending on your location. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Returns must be sent with suitable tracking. Otherwise there’s no proof that the item has been returned to us.

We allow 14 calendar days to notify us about a return. After which we allow an additional 14 days transit time to get to our studio. We feel and the law feels that’s more than enough time to assess whether the product is suitable or not.

In cases of postal damage that occasionally occurs even with the best protection .Please include pictures of the damage with a date stamp so there is no argument about the day the damage occurred . In other words the day of receipt. Nowadays most people have access to a camera phone or similar so if you’re trying to claim postal injury we need pictures on the day you took ownership of the goods. We also like photographs of the package which is needed in case of Royal Mail claims. If you refuse to take the pictures we cannot process the claim.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

A. Please read the item descriptions very carefully. I write them to try to give you the best possible idea of what it is you are purchasing. If you have questions, please write to us or email us at j_battersby@hotmail.com. We also cannot accept returns for custom made decks. This includes decks laminated with lamination sheets. We do not accept returns on items that the customer attempted to repair themselves or altered items. 

We also do not refund if it has been determined the buyer has mis-used the product. This means using the product in a way that goes against recommendation. For thick stock cards it is not recommended to riffle shuffle and bridge cards. The products are laminated , some are glittered and the card weight is 350 GSM. These cards are made from art paper . They are not poker playing cards which often have a core. It is difficult to riffle shuffle these cards because are not designed for gaming.


If you wish to return an item contact us within 14 days of receipt. We do not pay postage for items being returned. We allow another 14 days for the item to reach us. You must include tracking on your return. We also want items in their original packing and padded as thoughtfully as they were sent. If items are returned in a way that depreciates their value the refund amount will be reduced to reflect that.

***For the UK and European Union only- regarding cancellation of orders. Buyers have 14 days to cancel items. However items are dispatched before that time. If you change your mind about a purchase, items must be returned unopened in original packaging with tracking. A refund will be processed once we receive the unopened item.

Please allow some variance in colour due to difference in monitor settings. The pictures of the cards on this site or any other site we sell products on are not altered. The cards are photographed as they are. We will not be held responsible for Instagram posts and youtube videos that feature our cards and are sometimes enhanced or using lighting for effect. The only exception to this rule are UV cards . A blacklight is used photographing the cards to see their effect. It is for demonstration purposes only.

B. If eligible for return, items must be unmarked Please. No writing on cards, no damages to products which include cuts, trimming, and no hand writing the titles onto cards etc. The product will not be accepted otherwise. In other words, please ship items to us undamaged and without your creative input. Also damages made because of bridging and riffle shuffling will not be eligible for a refund.  We cannot stress this enough. Riffle shuffling is not good for non poker/magic performance cards. Poker cards are designed to withstand abuse. They are cored, coated and more flexible. Riffle shuffling causes wear and tear on art cards. This is a known fact. Do not do this with laminated and glittered cards.

Regarding tarot bags. If you ordered a bag. Please be careful opening your parcel. Do not use scissors, they might cut the fabric.

C. All items must be returned to us with a note explaining your return or alternatively write to j_battersby@hotmail.com with a reason for your return.


D. Again ,we must be contacted within 14 days OF  receiving your item to be eligible for a return  RETURNS MUST BE DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER DUE TO THE NATURE/MATERIAL OF THE PRODUCT.  PAPER IS VERY SUSEPTIBLE TO DAMAGE AS SUCH IT CANNOT BE PROVEN AFTER THIS POINT IF THE DAMAGE HAPPENED BECAUSE OF TRANSIT/CUSTOMS, WEAR AND TEAR FROM USE OR THE CUSTOMER HAS MISUSED THE PRODUCT. This is why we require a photograph either on the day or a time stamp. . For overseas customers all items must be posted within 14 days of receipt.  We will allow additional time (14 days) for transit. A tracking number is also required.  The short amount of time is mainly due to the nature of the product.   The item must also be in the same condition as it was shipped. In other words there should be no altering of the cards , bridge shuffle or riffle shuffle damage this constitutes mis-use and will not be accepted.

E. Make sure your postal address is correct. If we have to resend because you gave us incorrect or didnt update your address with Paypal there will be a fee. We send to the address given to us by Paypal. It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep it up to date.
