A note about Royal Mail tracking.

Royal Mail does not post live updates.
Royal Mail typically posts an update when the item is scanned in somewhere along the route.
When the status says Collected in Coleraine that means that the item has gone out of my local area and has been collected by the next processing center.
Items typically go to Belfast but sometimes go to Dublin instead.
They are held there a few days for customs checks.
A package can take anywhere between 5-10 days to arrive Mainland.
They next go to Heathrow /Langley for international processing and pick up.
After that the packages will go through your country’s sorting and customs.
Customs times vary. The package could be there a couple days or a couple weeks.
An item is not lost if it the tracking hasnt been updated a few days.
That means it is still at the delivery office or processing center.
I know this frustrates some people but please try to be patient.
Ordering overseas items can sometimes take awhile.
The tracking updates vary depending on how a local post office does things.
US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping is a flat rate 6.00 usd to cover the extra cost of tracking items.
