Paying for your items

Payment should be made by Paypal only. We also accept credit card orders using Paypal as a processor.

We do not store any credit card information on the site. PayPal is the payment processor.

We also reserve the right to cancel orders within 3 days of payment. This usually occurs if we run out of stock or the Paypal address does not match the address of the recipient. Please ensure that all your information is up-to-date and accurate. There have also been occasions when the Royal Mail or the recipient’s mail service has gone on strike. We will likely cancel those orders because they will not reach the buyer within a reasonable timeframe.

Changing your order

We allow 24 hours to cancel before orders are processed. For our European and UK customers, you have 14 days to notify us if you change your mind. Please note that if the order ships, you will need to return it to us in its original, unopened, and sealed condition. You will also be responsible for the postage cost.

This applies to all returns worldwide. The customer is responsible for the postage and tracking costs of the return.

Ensure you have thoroughly read the descriptions and return terms to avoid mistakes and unwanted items. We try to process overseas orders quickly because it sometimes takes parcels awhile to arrive at foreign destinations. We are located in Northern Ireland, UK.

Delivery times

In the UK typically 3-5 days. We send items tracked 48 so the customer can view how the item is progressing through its postal journey.

Outside of the UK, times vary due to many reasons. Your mail service must pick up parcels and may be subject to customs checks at one or more points. They have to go through hubs and sorting centres. Customs checks typically take days, but we have seen them take weeks, especially if the mail is backed up at any point . There are also holidays, epidemics and natural disasters that can add wait time onto the journey. When all is running optimally, parcels typically take 4-6 weeks for foreign locations. Obviously, it will take less time to get to France than to Australia and other more remote locations. Items are sent with Royal Mail tracked and updates are made at certain events. They are not live. Once your country takes custody of the parcel, you can track it with your country’s postal service.

Please be polite and patient while waiting for a response. Typically, we respond on the first day, but sometimes we will catch an email that goes into our junk folder, which takes some time to wade through.

We have not licensed our work to any individuals. You do not have the right to reprint our material without written permission .

Replacement cards

Unless there is a printing error or postal damage. We do not replace individual cards. You will need to return the deck back to us within the specified timeframe. We do not accept returns on items that have been altered or mis-used. Also items will not be accepted that have been damaged through misuse. This means that if you’re bridging /riffle shuffling laminated cards and damage occurs to the laminate we will not be held responsible for it. Please read the return policy for more details. Misuse is when you are using something against recommendation. Therefore we will state here unequivocally that riffle shuffling and bridging is not recommended on any of our cards but more specifically cards with lamination and glitter. Our cards are not designed for the casino or poker use. Cards for poker playing have cores , are thinner and sometimes made from different materials like plastic. Our cards are made from art paper stock. We will not accept cards that are bent and used this way.
