This new version includes the box, printed copy of the original booklet and bonus Wheel of Fortune design card meant to be glued onto the box. We have left it unglued giving you the option to use it as an additional card or glue to box like the original version.

These cards are bridge sized (2.25 x 3.5 inches) just like the originals, making for a comfortable size for shuffling. The card stock is 350gsm, casino quality.

This is a replica of the well known Thomson Leng Tarot. You probably don't know too many people who own this beauty, because good quality replicas are so few and far between or insanely expensive. (which is understandable since any surviving, complete, Thomson Leng originals are out of most collector's price range.) That is of course until now.

We have carefully, painstakingly, restored, to the very best of our ability, the Thomson Leng Tarot and have now released a very small batch to the public. we felt that it would be good to open up this awesome deck to the general public, to let others able to enjoy the deck in the modern day.

The original Thomson Leng deck came with an alternative red Wheel of Fortune stuck to the box. Near as we can tell the Thomson Leng was given away with some magazines at the time, and so it's entirely possible the card was stuck to the box as a representation for the reader to see the cards before the box was opened. We've included this card in the box and it can be used as an alternative card.

A little about the restoration,

At Tarot collectibles, we try to create the most original, most beautifully drawn Tarot decks in the modern day, but I felt that the site would not be complete if we did not have at least one collectible Tarot deck from the past. We chose the Thomson Leng. There is something really special about it.

Some years ago we invested in the cleanest, most preserved copy we could find of this amazing deck, which was a considerable sum, but we felt that this was the best way to create the most accurate replica of the deck.

This has been my first venture into deck restoration. Much time has been dedicated to making sure that the imagery is as close to the original as is possible.

I am convinced that you will not find it for sale for less than what you'll find it here. There are very few good quality replica decks available out there as it is difficult to find a complete, original Thomson Leng deck in order to replicate, but even so; replicating this deck has taken the best part of a year. Such works cannot be rushed!
